A: MadebyMulann offers high-quality 100% raw Indian hair products and a wide range of wig styles to fit every need. We strive to provide excellent customer service and help our customers find the perfect product to meet their hair needs.
Q: What types of wigs does MadebyMulann offer?
A: MadebyMulann offers a variety of wig types including u part wigs, 13x4 frontal wigs, 5x5, 4x4, and HD lace. We also offer customization options to ensure your wig meets your specific needs.
Q: How often should I clean my wig?
A: We recommend cleaning your wig every 2-4 weeks with a mild shampoo and conditioner to keep it looking and feeling its best. Be sure to store your wig on a wig stand to help maintain its shape.
Q: How can I book an installation visit?
A: To book an installation visit, please visit our Hair Installations page and fill out the booking form. We will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment.
Q: What services are included in your installation service?
A: Our installation service includes washing, braiding, trimming, and oiling of your hair, as well as the installation of our hair products. We offer a comprehensive and personalized service to ensure that you get the perfect look you desire.
Head size/Hairline:
Measurements are required for all wigs. Please be sure to select correct size before making a purchase. MadebyMulann is NOT responsible for you choosing wrong size. If you are in need of help with size choice please refer to size chart guide on (Custom Wig Services) tab. Since all hairlines vary to each person, I would recommend on consulting a professional if you have low hairline or windows peek prior to making a purchase. Failure to do so could result in unwanted results.
Turn Around:
Turn around time for all orders vary depending on order confirmation date. Please allow between 3-14 business days after processing time for you order to be completed then shipped out. If you need your unit by a specific date please feel free to email us at madebymulann@gmail.com to see if we can accommodate your request. If you need your unit any sooner please feel free to contact us for a SAME-DAY, OVERNIGHT and or 2 DAY WIG CREATION FEE SERVICES. Payment will need to be made outside of website BEFORE 5:00pm (Eastern Specific Time). Failure to do so will result in your order to be processed the next business day. If it is not possible for your overnight/2 day demand ; you will receive an email/text of update. If your order has to be prolonged due to high demand ; you will also receive an email/text with notification.
Shipping:
MadebyMulann is NOT responsible for any WRONG addresses on YOUR end. Please confirm your address is correct before placing of order so there is no issues with shipment. After we ship out we are no longer responsible for it. Your tracking number will be provided with shipment of orders through the website. For orders placed outside of the website with an invoice ; your tracking will be provided to contact info. Any issues with order delivery please contact shipment services. There will be NO REFUNDS on orders shipped correctly on our end.
Custom Wigs:
When filling out Custom Wig Form/ Wig creation please send in detailed pictures/clear images of what you would like. Please note MadebyMulann does not sell colored manufactured wigs. Wigs will be duplicated by hand again which can cause slight pattern appearance in highlights. There will be no refunds issued. Only correction if requested to change. If you change your mind about a color mid creation there will be a slight up-charge.
Returns:
Unfortunately MadebyMulann has a strict NO RETURN/REFUND policy. Due to Sanitary/Custom Wig Request ; we highly recommend making sure all aspects of your order is correct before making payment. Unless you receive the wrong order ; you cannot send your custom unit back. If there is an issue with your unit ; please feel free to reach out to us so we can fix the matter as soon as possible.
